Phenomenal smoothie! It’s been so long since I had a smoothie without spinach, protein powder, or vegetables, I nearly forgot how absolutely delicious mostly fruit can be! If you forget to freeze the fruit ahead of time, add a cup of ice cubes to the ingredients, which will water down the flavor but make it perfect for a hot summer day!
- 1 ½ C Frozen Blueberries
- ½ Frozen Banana
- 1 C Unsweetened Vanilla Almond milk
- 1 C Filtered water
- Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender and process until smooth.
