  • 2 lbs Red Baby Potatoes, cleaned well, cut in half
  • 2 T Olive oil
  • ½ t Kosher sea salt, to taste
  • ¼ t Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • ½ C Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Olive oil Cooking spray
  1. Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Grease a baking sheet with sides, with olive oil.
  3. Cut potatoes in half and spread evenly on baking sheet.
  4. Turn over potatoes so cut side is facing down.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  6. Spray with olive oil cooking spray.
  7. Sprinkle evenly with cheese.
  8. Cook for 30-35 minutes, turning over half way through.
