- ½ t Turmeric
- 1 C Warm Milk
- 1 T Agave, honey or Maple syrup
- In a small saucepan, warm milk, but don't boil.
- Stir in turmeric and sweetener until mostly dissolved.
- Serve warm before bedtime to sleep better and reduce coughing.
