Roasted Sea Salt Crispy Chickpeas

A great tasting combo to add flavor to most salads!
  • 1 15oz can Chickpeas, rinsed, drained, and dried over a bath towel
  • 1 T Avocado oil
  • ½ t Sea salt
  1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
  2. Dry chickpeas, removing loose skins to make them crispier and place in a large bowl.
  3. Drizzle with oil and stir to coat well.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and stir to distribute evenly.
  5. Pour onto a large sided baking sheet.
  6. Roast for 45-50 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  7. When golden browned and dry to the touch, remove from oven.
  8. Let cool at least 5-10 minutes.
  9. They will get crisper as they cool.
