Baked Beans Instant Pot

Scrumptious beans, loaded with rich tasty flavor!
  • 1lb bag 15 bean soup blend dry mix
  • 3 C No-salt Vegetable Stock, or water
  • 2 T Agave nectar, honey, pure maple syrup, or molasses, or to taste
  • 1 t Sea salt
  • ½ t Black pepper
  1. In a large bowl, add dry bean mix and cover with water by a couple inches.
  2. Soak overnight.
  3. Discard floating beans or skins.
  4. Drain water, and rinse beans.
  5. Add drained bean mix into Instant Pot liner.
  6. Add 3 cups of unsalted vegetable stock.
  7. Set Instant Pot to pressure cook, for 45 minutes, with valve sealed.
  8. When done, machine will beep; unplug and carefully unseal valve.
  9. It will release pressure for about a minute and a half.
  10. Remove liner from pot; add agave syrup, salt, and pepper to beans and stir gently.
  11. Pour beans into serving bowl while warm.
