Healthy "Banana Cream Pie" Oatmeal - Easy & Guilt-free!

  • 1 C Water
  • ⅓ C Old Fashioned oats
  • ½ Banana, peeled, mashed
  • Pinch Kosher sea salt
  • 1-2 T Agave nectar, or honey, optional
  • ¼ C Unsweetened Coconut milk
  • 2 T Vanilla whey protein powder
  • 2 T Toasted unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 2 T Toasted sliced almonds
  1. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine water, oatmeal, mashed banana, and salt.
  2. Stir well and microwave for 3 minutes.
  3. Remove from oven and stir in agave, coconut milk, and protein powder.
  4. Pour into 2 bowls and garnish with coconut and almonds.
  5. Serve hot.
