Healthy "Banana Cream Pie" Oatmeal - Easy & Guilt-free!

- 1 C Water
- ⅓ C Old Fashioned oats
- ½ Banana, peeled, mashed
- Pinch Kosher sea salt
- 1-2 T Agave nectar, or honey, optional
- ¼ C Unsweetened Coconut milk
- 2 T Vanilla whey protein powder
- 2 T Toasted unsweetened coconut flakes
- 2 T Toasted sliced almonds
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine water, oatmeal, mashed banana, and salt.
- Stir well and microwave for 3 minutes.
- Remove from oven and stir in agave, coconut milk, and protein powder.
- Pour into 2 bowls and garnish with coconut and almonds.
- Serve hot.
