Roasted Balsamic Brussel Sprouts

Finally, a delicious recipe for brussel sprouts!
  • 2 C Fresh Brussel sprouts, washed and dried
  • 1 T Extra Virgin Olive oil
  • Kosher sea salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 T Good Balsamic Vinegar
  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Trim stems and slice in half Brussel sprouts.
  3. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet with sides.
  4. Pile sprouts on baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Remove any loose leaves, if desired, or leave them in for extra crispiness.
  6. With your hands toss sprouts so all are covered with oil.
  7. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and toss again.
  8. Spread out on baking sheet, cut side down, so each is evenly spaced.
  9. Roast until tender and browned, about 12-14 minutes.
  10. Remove from oven and toss with balsamic vinegar.
  11. Serve hot.
