Healthy 5-Minute Ranch Vegetable Sauce- Great on Buddha Bowls, too!

Great on veggie pizza or vegetables! This is much better than store-bought Ranch dressing because the fresh herbs and lemon juice add a garden fresh taste. Go ahead and use the pantry version if you need to (with dried herbs and vinegar) because it will still save you a lot of money! You also might like my 5-minute Tahini Lemon-Garlic Vegetable sauce, too.

Serves:: 6 Makes: ¾ Cup
Ingredients:
  • ½ C Chobani Plain Yogurt
  • 3 T Water (omit if for pizza sauce)
  • 1 T Lemon juice or white wine vinegar
  • 1 t Kosher sea salt
  • ½ t Garlic powder or ½ clove, pressed
  • ½ t Onion powder or 1 t onion finely diced
  • ½ t Dill or 1 t fresh dill
  • ½ t Parsley or 1T fresh parsley
  • ¼ t Black pepper
Directions:
  1. Combine all ingredients into a small jar with an airtight lid.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Use immediately or refrigerate for up to 5 days.
