Cantaloupe Fig Parfait

- 1 ½ C Fresh chopped cantaloupe, seeds and peel removed(about ½ of a small one)
- ½ C Fresh Figs, of any variety, sliced in half lengthwise
- ¼ C Plain or vanilla flavored yogurt, unsweetened
- 1 t Honey or raw agave sweetener
- 2 T Dried organic cranberries, blueberries, goji berries, raisins, and/or cherries
- 1 T Unsalted organic pepita seeds
- In parfait glasses or bowls, arrange chopped fruits.
- Spoon yogurt over fruit and top with honey or agave.
- Sprinkle with dried fruits of your choice.
- Garnish with pepita seeds.
- Serve immediately, or chill before serving, if desired.
